Yeah! I think that is the only way to deal with these losers. I think I ll disconnect this and get myself a Tata Indicom connection. If anybody else is taking up a Broadband connection, I advise you to NEVER TAKE A RELIANCE CONNECTION - NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER CARE AND HORRENDOUS BILLING SUPPORT.
