what i'd suggest is, if u r in delhi, just go directly to kidwai bhawan, janpath...talk to Mr. Bharti, GM Broadband directly and ur issue will be solved...don't sit on it or try it over the phone...just go and meet him in person...

Delhi guys, you are lucky to have a responsive GM BroadBand.
I had a Rs. 8,000 bill for Aug/05. First complained to the local exchange about the bill and they responded the bill was correct and asked me to pay up.
I then went and met GM BroadBand, Mumbai personally. Handed him a letter giving details as to why the bill was wrong along with session usage, that I had printed off their site. Got no response from him for about 6 weeks until a friend, who is on the consumer board intervened. I then got a corrected bill which claimed that I still had "additional usage." I know that my usage had not increased dramatically in Aug/05. I requested a copy of the usage report upon which they based the corrected bill. Instead of getting the report, I was told to pay up the corrected bill. No word on when he will send me the report! Gives new meaning to "MTNL hai to sahi hai" :0(
