we are using vsnl dial up connection in our office with vsnl email id.we are able to send thru smpt server when we get connected with interenet by dial up connection.but now we r using mtnl tri band also.& i found that we r only able to received the email from mtnl but not to send.& i also come to know that even if we are using another interenet service provider we can send email of vsnl id subject to we should no the correct smtp server, so i request you to all to hlep to know the smtp server for sending email of vsnl id thru another internet service provided.
