Help! Wrong Time Logged On BSNL Server.

Hi,

I am a BSNL broadband user under DOT Durg . For the past 2-3 days the login & logout time logged on the BSNL Broadband Accounting Server is not being correctly shown on the account usage site page (www.dataone.in).
For example, if I logged on at about 6:15 am and logged off at 7:45 am on 5/10/05, the server log shows 00:41 (log on time) & 02:12 (log off time) on 5/10/05. This will result in gross miscalculation of the free usage between 02:00 to 08:00 am as indicated in the tariff plan for Home 500.

Whom do I approach ? Is anybody else facing similar problems ?

Sounds like the server is on GMT/UTC time heheCall them up and let them know... if other people also call about this then they will accept it and not suspect you're lying 🙂
 
Hey i am also facing the same problem.........whom to contact for that ???Why this hapeens when every thing is computerised ?These bsnl people should check wheather the server is going right or not.......
