BSNL landline phone calls free

BSNL is saying they are giving 200 free calls to dataone users for three cycles,i am having my bills two mounth cycle.the free calls has started from september 1st and my bill of augest and setember will come on october so how will i get the 200 free calls for this cycle.
 
Wat ? free calls for dataone users ? Guys, is this real r jus some prank ?I heard this as a package :new telephone line loaded with DATAONE pack with xxx free calls. I didnt know that they r giving 200 calls to old customers also. Can somebody confirm this ?

A news article shud be there in the BSNL site, can you post it, I dont remember hearing about such an offer.if it is true, is it for all the Dataone plans? what about the 900 Plus one ? and is it just Kolkata specific ?
