new connection but need to configure to get connected

hi guys, yesterday i got FTTH cable connected and they gave me userID but since then its not assigning IP to the ONT. guys are trying and they havent gotten anywhere yet. maybe i could find some help here. help me configure the ONT
 
It's most likely on BSNLs side, in my case too the credentials/accounts were created and assigned, but it needed to be activated or something on BSNLs side and it just started working with no other changes once it was processed by BSNL.
