Block /unblock a user on Jiogigafiber router

How can I block or unblock a particular wireless device user on the Jio gigafiber router? Some devices are showing as deny under security >firewall >access control

It's only showing blocked in access control and no entries in mac filter

I do have basic knowledge of routers but I was expecting help from users who actually own a Jio gigafiber router

I own the Jio Giga fiber connection, Thats why I told you to use myjio or jio.com to block the access to the particular device

I am unable to unblock devices in the Jio app or website - can you please help? On the website, I cannot figure out how to toggle the setting from Deny to Allow. On the app, I submit the request , but it goes back to block and basically nothing happens.

Are you able to run torrent sites on VPN with your gigafiber?
