Got weird email from MTNL (but signature says Sterlite family)

Subject: Service Instance added successfully to the customer

Hi CA_20xxxxxx,

20xxxxxx has been added successfully to your account.

Regards,

Sterlite Family.

Where 20xxxxxx is my CA number.

Same email has come for my uncle's telephone number too.

Question is:
1) What has been added and to where?
2) Who is Sterlite family?

I got the same message last night. Could it mean they got a surprise for us that we don't know about, like increased bandwidth 🙂

Cant be increased bandwidth... my uncles number does not have broadband. Its just a landline.

it is related to email ID updated on their portal. not sure but my guess as Even I received this email.
