VPN in Jio Fiber

Is VPN blocked in Jio fiber?
if yes please post the screen shot on how the browser when it fails to connect,
if not Please post the screenshots of the speed though VPN from eruope or USA or some far away country server. I am fully aware speed will be decreased if conencted to VPN but jsut curios to know if we are still able to watch videos in 720p or 1080p with vpn connected.
 
The 2 VPN that I use are not blocked. Atleast not yet, since they are not that famous, BUt answer for your question, I can watch videos upto 1440p, max res my monitor can handle, idk maybe I can watch 4k too didn't try. OOkla test result (USA server).
