Hi there my 6 months of free trial would soon be coming to an end. I am planning to get it disconnected - reason, I need multiple TV support which MTNL is not willing to give.Does anyone have an idea as to what is the procedure for disconnection. Does one talk to MTNL or Aksh? thanks in advance
I would like to know this too but in my case it is frequent connection drops. Though free party being over is also one reason that I would get it disconnected. Except this, would there be any refunds?
