TV has stated that they will refund money for all their users, who had opted for long term plans before the implementation of the new cable TV rules.
In case any user doesn’t change over to the new plans, then their accounts will be automatically shifted to the best fit plan, which resembles their average usage.
If that happens, then there can be blackout for some users, as not every pay channel is included in the best-fit plans.
