Driver name required

I have got smc 7007 modem with my tata broadband connection. Although all is working fine but i just want to know the drivers name it is currently using cos i may be formatting the pc in next 2-3 days. In the drivers folder there r 3 available: PPPoA_SMC_7007, PPPoE_SMC_7007, StaticIP_SMC_7007 . Any idea which one to use ??
 
I'm not an expert, but i THINK its the PPPoE one...But better call up the engineer who set up the connection for you....
