Why there are no other ISP In sector 46 Noida? apart from Hathway.

I have tried many ISP, but didn't found a single ISP in Sector 46 Noida.

Why no ISP wants give connections in such a large society?
 
Same here in sector 26, no good FTTH player. Only ADSL copper internet from Airtel.
It's strange what these ISP's are doing in a city like Noida.
 
Excitel should be there, and that area's LOC is really good. Just ask him to offer Fiber though.
