BSNL staff to go on nationwide strike

The employees of state-owned BSNL have decided to launch a series of nationwide protests from Friday against any move by the management to reduce retirement age and the introduction of a voluntary retirement scheme.

I don't think a Aircel like situation will ensue. However inefficient BSNL employees maybe, it IS a PSU after all. Probably they won't shut down, but even if they do, I think it'll be a much smoother process.

Nah, I figured out. There's no connection between selfcare login and app login. You need to register in the app with whatever user/password you want and then add your BSNL account. Also, the app is crap, all it does is let you see your billing.
