Hello,

I'm having a problem in activating the voice on my FTTH connection, I'm using Syrotech's router. I want to troubleshoot but I do not have any other FTTH connection to troubleshoot.

Can you guys do the following and post the result here:-

First method:
  1. Turn off your ONT
  2. Call on your FTTH number.

Second method:
  1. Delete your SIP username/password so it shows not-registered
  2. Call on your FTTH number

@nitinmits call you call on your landline number now?
When I call on mine it says the number is out of order. According to JTO the problem is happening because the SIP is not registered in my ONU. So I just want to verify the message it gives you when you call on FTTH and the SIP is not registered
