I'm on 50mbps plan but I'm getting 5mbps upload speed and around 55mbps on download speed. After talking to JTO he said that the upload speed has been configured by NIB office and he can not do anything. He said it's done because most of the users download much and upload less. :/
I'm confused. Can I talk to NIB office directly and ask them to reconfigure the speed? He also said that the speed is set to 1/5th of the download speed.
