How to register FTTH in BSNL Selfcare Portal?

Hi,
i try to register my FTTH number in selfcare portal, since my connection activated it shows No such customer is registered with us error, i already submitted my feedback and mailed about this issue in local exchange,but no reply . Anyone facing the same issue?

Call 1500 and ask them your A/C number and Customer ID. My connection got activated yesterday and I just added the account

You need to enter the correct details that is correct customer ID and account number, and in service number enter your landline number
i entered everything as provided in the bill, submitted the feedback about this issue in selfcare portal and mailed to local exchange incharge, now problem solved.
