Old customers do not get new plans. Just today I changed plan to 1149 plan, but I get only 150GB per month instead of 300GB

They changed plans again. Now I am on 200GB plan for Rs 999

Call them(198) right now and tell "I would like to disconnect", they will transfer you to a retention team tell them " Sir I need full 40 Mbps and the updated plan giving 300gb fup- my friends get it under the same plan or else I switch to another provider" ... See how in 5 mins he changes everything.

^ Speed depends upon the feasibility as well. Retention team actually forced people to opt for higher speeds.

Airtel: Max in my area is 24 mbps.

I got the cable running from the bluebox changed today because it was damaged.

Getting DOWNLOAD Mbps 26.22 / UPLOAD Mbps 1.95 👍

Airtel has become very generous. They have added previous unused balance GBs after change of plan.

So new plan is starting with 200 GB plan quota + 347 GB unused + 10 GB Surprise = TOTAL 557 GB

Today, I got a call from them, so they are offering me this awesome plan (Since I am a valuable customer), 400 GB data for 1499 when one can get the same plan for 1199 from their website.
