hotwire downtime

do other hotwire users' also have to put up with severe downtime on the network after rain? it poured on saturday night here, and all of sunday was spent without the net :-( the hotwire cto i'm on ("city data") uses 61.16.150.xxx...

Not on hotwire anymore but I will say that it didn't happen in my area. At least. He had power backup for 6 hours straight and secondly only the server was kept online, the others was shut off. I guess it depends on CTO to CTO.

nor does it happen with me , even my CTO has a power backup , but the power rarely goes in my area coz i live near the DRDO
