I have paid for a new connection on 10th December and still no connection. I don't want to go for the connection and how we can get refund for the initial amount paid. Please help me
They don't give refunds easily, I think they disconnect connection everyime someone uses too much data even though it's way less.than FUP. Since last 4 month I am having no net connectivity with them for atleast 3-5 days, but they cheapest and fastest here. If stop using LOCO they will be able to give superior service !
