Need some info about broadband plan

Hi everyone,
i am bsnl broadband user and have subscibed 675ULD plan but since 1st of december i am getting 1mbps speed which isn't what they mentioned in plan. so i did little investigation and found that the plan i subscribed is not the one they're providing me now.
the plan they mentioned on my broadband bill is " BBG-COMBO-ULD-700-CS150-MONTHLY". so can anyone tell me about this broadband plan?
And for extra information, i am from Madhya pradesh

i too am from mp, trying to get my plan changed to 675. but my exchange is telling me no such plan is available. However i don know about this 700 plan, you can get the details from bsnl cc.
 
i used to get 2mbps post fup speed but it's now 1mbps. so my question is that did bsnl revised the post fup speed to 1mbps?
