Is happy browsing working in FTTH 777 plan ?

I am on 1277 plan and no happy browsing after 750 GB. Decided to upgrade to 1999 plan which gives 50% more speed and 100% more data for 700 rupees more - 150 Mbps up to 1.5 TB.
 
I didn't even know there is a 1999 plan and they offer more than 100 mbps! where is this listed?

. It shows up on selfcare portal as well under "Change Plan".

Fibro Combo 1099 - 75 Mbps until 600 GB.
Fibro Combo 1499 - 100 Mbps until 1000 GB.
Fibro Combo 1999 - 150 Mbps until 1500 GB.

All 3 have post FUP speeds of 2 Mbps which for Fiber is a joke but it is what it is.
 

even the fibre cable laughs at us, even it has capacity of 150 mbps or more and u r getting 2mbps after FUP ...
seems FTTH is a joke for BSNL users
