Tariff Plan Dataone/Operation (10M)

I am in Tariff plan DATAONE/OPERATION (10M) but I am still getting speed of 256 KBPS only. Can anyone tellme, If my data plan is not from any of there public plan so there billling system will bill me for data transfer each month or not.There system will bill for only commecial plan available for there customers I think... What u all thinkm kindly post your thinkings.Regards,Sumit Tiwari,Broadband Operation.
 
what is this? I see some dataone/operation (10m) in the dataone user weblogin page (where you can see your download service records - data transfer logs)there's also speed@2048kbps, speed@1024kbps etc... can I click on them... will I get 10 mbps if I do??? hehe
 
If you have commerical plans that are not listed by bsnl, then they must have provided a tariff plan for whatever category you are in. You can check on the dataone site for usage details but it may or may not be available. Best solution is to call your area commerical manager and confirm your plans and data usage.
