ACT Fibernet, not feeling secure, disconnect request not accepted, NO REFUND

The customer service agent denied service after setting up an abrupt userid password that the whole world knew.
Not able to use the service securely.
The installation agent Basavaraj, shared user id and temporarily enabled neighbors to access internet.

Very dissappointed, want a refund & disconnection of service immediately.
 
You'll need to call up the customer support number and ask for a disconnection : Customer care

Took 3 days to get mine disconnected.

you can change your password anytime from ACT portal page itself. same with ACT wifi password also
