YouTube desktop video player has a new button that pops up the video to let you browse around

Popup video disappears if you click on a video link though. But it keeps on working on other sections. Not sure if this is new.

Nice to have a native popup solution, Enhancer for YouTube does exactly that with adjustable dimensions settings and plethora of other features! YouTube is incomplete without it!

yeah. right now it's pretty limited. you cannot resize or move it around.

opera has had pop up video player since past few months iirc. you can resize it too
