recently I've seen a programmer in CNBC regarding the consumer rights and how the service provider are making fool out of normal people.
our society help those big companies or industries in spite of knowing the common man is being *aped. as they are earning through them or they r directly related with them say for BSNL govt thingi *uK*n 99% of them don't know what is Internet they still being employed in broadband department. so think how the service will be..all "ram bharose" :thumbsup:.
Anyways the bottom line is i want to share the Consumer Rights Protection contact details so that you can know your rights and no one can exploit you as far as possible.
