Netflix is not working on Excitel Broadband

hard to say. i am having my own issues with imgur on excitel. it seems that excitel is having issues with fastly cdn provider. no idea how to get that to the right people at excitel.

Rebooted the router got a different ip but in the same range netflix still showing bharti airtel as the cdn but now
everything is streaming beautifully , 4k and all.
Don't know what changed.

lol. tbh... restarting router fixes a lot of problems with indian isps.

Netflix completely inaccessible on excitel.
Working fine on jio 4g.

netflix videos are playing but none of the images are loading on browser...
won't even launch on firetv stick or smart tv.

still the same.
This is what I am looking at right now on the win 10 app and on browser.

looks like connectivity with local cdn is dead or messed up 😕

file a complaint on my excitel. though they do not respond within hours.

few days ago i got a call from them regarding issues with imgur. they wanted to use remote viewing to collect route data to see why i was facing issues. but it took them 2 days to respond. so not really the optimal route for this issue 😥

was experiencing same issue yesterday, no images but video playing fine. Will see it if persists
