Currently watching Split on Netflix. Working sort of fine. Takes around 40 seconds to start though. 🙏

Although fast.com is Netflix service as far as I know it doesn't use same servers as the actual Netflix Delivery. So your fast.com results might totally be confusing and not relevant to the actual Netflix content delivery.

Excitel is connected to Netflix in 2 locations, through Internet Exchanges 1) in Delhi and 2) in Mumbai

Both paths are OK and there are no any issues noted last few days as well. Usually the Netflix experience should be same for all users in Excitel not dependent on LCO if we assume the last mile is generally OK.

@ajgamer - is the rest Ok? I mean other streaming services?

Do you have latency/ping issues to your gateway or other popular IPs like 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1?

What is the public IP you are getting?

@philip marlowe Yes. All the other services such as Amazon Prime, Voot, JioCinema are working fine.

Speedtest.net also shows the right results (50 Up and Down)

Ping to Google.com: Sent 500, Received 500, Lost 0

Okay I asked you just few hours back if everything else is Ok with your service and you confirmed it's ok :)

Let's first resolve the main issue with the connection and then only work on checking the netflix.
