This is a very serious and worst way to advertise. TRAI/DoT should penalize Airtel for this.
Edit: I just checked if the ad widget is from the website? But No.
It means either your browser has some sort of app which is forcing or it's Airtel only which injected the ad (which I believe is the case)

Working on ACT, Hyderabad too...strangely I must add coz they are pretty aggressive at blocking.
