Account Details!

i noticed one good thing about the account details info in the sify bb client. not usre if its already been mentioned. it shows how much i have downloaded after 8 am even if i havnt logged out n logged in. sometime i forget to logout after 8 am hence its really useful to know it. can any one tell me how to stop the downloading say if i am using a torrent or emule client ?

Nice to know tht. I have to schedule pc shutdown after 7:45 am So i guess i will not need it anymore.
