I noticed a strange thing that a new device (Galaxy-J7-Prime) is connected to my router even though I use MAC filters. The same mac addresss was connected to my neighbours router too. I definitely suspect some hanky panky
Definitely. But he is not in the bldg but still could connect to the router & that too on the 5GHz band which has a much shorter range. I wonder if they have some trick up their sleeve. Plus I am using MAC filter on both bands😳
Not 100% sure but it could be Jio Wifi Hotspot or VoWifi public user. Jio plans to use these routers to connect public for VoWifi or Jio Hotsposts. Could be a Jio employee who has an early access to these. Airtel also though on the same line but didn't see the light. Airtel adsl routers had "Airtel Management" access point back in those days.

SMS I received ws that this phone ws connected to my router. It was also connected to my neighbours router & when he rang up the technician, he asked him to change the SSID name & password. After that it latched on to my router. V suspicious. There seem to be some back door entry. Maybe connecting via a cable to some junction box somewhere. (My guess)

Sir our problem is different. Stable green signal but no internet from day one they connected the router yet to resolve the problem as no engineer has come to our place for the past one week
Already spent 30 minutes with the blinking green shit!
Feels like Squid Game. This is pathetic. No customer support from Call or Whatsapp or Jio App.
They provide excellent service at the time of sales but have shitty customer support mechanism.
