GAMERS STAY AWAY FROM HATHWAY 50% packet loss

The minute it starts raining, 50% packet loss. Have raised a complaint multiple times.
Technician has no idea about the concept of packet loss. Will keep redirecting to check your net speed.
Visited their office, receptionist(ill mannered) accepts the problem("Ha, Barish mei thoda problem hei" )?
They cheated me into buying a 3 month plan. Now I have to get another connection just because this one is unusable.
Now they are asking me to get my router to them for inspection....
Will go to their office in heavy rains again.
MY ADVICE : DO NOT GET A HATHWAY CONNECTION.
 
that is why i cansiled my connection
 
50% packet loss is horrible for anyone, not just for gamers. How irritating it'd be for anyone who browse the internet with 50% packet loss?!
