Plan valid only in Tamil Nadu and Chennai Circle. And is a promotional plan valid from June 25 to September 22.

I like how even after charging 2k, they manage to impose restrictions. And lovely how 2 govt entities can't cooperate to provide free calling across India.
 
yeah. kind of baffling. they would eventually merge but for now, they would not even allow free calls on each other's networks!
