MTNL (General) Money debited but bill still unpaid

Paid the bill using debit card, money got debited but the payment page had an error, now it's showing as unpaid. I tried emailing, calling and even going to the exchange, nobody is taking responsibility and only say 'a jayeg apne aap' anyone have experience with This?? What should I do???

They were correct. In the next few days, funds will be either deposited back in your account or your bill will show up as paid. All this is an automated process. Your money is going nowhere. You have nothing to worry abount.

their system is total a#ole and c##p, figure out account officer in your area to get this solved, better change isp if you getting better offer !
