well. that's something that was mentioned on android one support pages. but it still sort of has worked well wrt android one devices. the promise of two years of updates is from google even if the updates are coming from the manufacturer
i mean there must be a reason for nokia to push the android one branding for the nokia 7 plus model. it's not like their own version of android and updates are very different from a typical android one device.
asus on the other hand... seems like a big gamble.
