Getting no internet access frequently

I have been getting no internet access frequently. Router is still on and connected too. Just no internet for 30 or so seconds. It is so annoying. It's on phone too not just computer.

What's the problem? Can the problem be solved by complaining? If yes how to complain? Never did before. What should I tell complain guys.

Call customer care and tell them you face frequent disconnection of both internet and telephone. Don't forget to mention that the lines are down while complaining even if it works, otherwise they would ask you to complain when it goes down.
