Guys my Jiofi is not working. My jio number was inactive for some time and my sim was in the jiofi device.
Yesterday i recharged with 19rs plan but the internet dosen't work. The signal shows red color all the time and there is no data transfer indicator.
Due you guys think jio disconnected my number? I can login in jio portal through the app even extended my prime, so number is active but internet is not working.
They even gave 10gb free plan for 10 days few days back even that did not work. I though maybe my number was inactive thats why its not working, but now even after paying its not working. I recharged it yesterday till now its not working, still shows red in signal.
