No doubt service quality has increased. But they've some of the best plans for mobile and some of the stupidest broadband plans, and I'm afraid this might lead to their downfall. Few people will pay heed to security, and Jio Fiber will all those security loopholes will still be popular. They need to implement some 'practical' plans for broadband.
