Since end of January broadband keeps disconnecting for long periods of time , it may last 3-4 hours of disconnect-connect every few seconds then it may remain stable for a while followed by same thing all over again

Line rate keeps varying from 10mpbs to 3mpbs or zero,
SNR when stable remains around 25 but fluctuates a lot from 0 to millions
BSNL guys tried Splitter change(even only modem connected for few days), Cable change, temp modem change but still no fix available
Phone line has no disturbance but when picked up and held for a few seconds it says "The customer you have dialed does not exists" without any input
