Is the Internet speed consistent on all websites with ACT fibernet? I am right now on Excitel, although i can download steam games/mega/ and other at 9MB/sec but some websites go down to 80KB/sec. Is it the same with ACT in Delhi?
 
Not for me. ACT gives me full 160-170mbps speeds on steam, ps4 downloads, US servers etc.
 
I'm on ACT Incredible - 150Mbps plan & Download speeds in my experience are pretty consistent across different sites within India.
The speed however does drops when I connect to Office VPN or sites outside India but I still get over 70-80Mbps+ at most times - this is the industry standard I guess. *The limitation could also be on the sever side of the website / VPN itself.

P.S: Torrents, Steam Downloads, other tech sites (Microsoft Updates, Nvidia updater) and Google based services such as Youtube usually work at full speeds on almost all ISP's. And drop in speeds on other sites is a common phenomenon across ISP's like BSNL, BBNL, Eronet, Hathway & Metronet (in my experience, have used all of them at some point).

Only A1 providers such as ACT & Airtel offer full speeds on most sites and the uptime/consistency is speed is good at most times.
