Yea they introduced this plan this month to beat jio's Rs98 plan.
 
Maybe they stopped it this month. Call customer care and ask if it is still available.
They have hidden option to talk to their representatives so well that it will take atleast 5-7min for you to find. They even change options every few months to make it even more difficult.
 
28 days offer is available only for selected users who haven't done any recharge of unlimited pack (199 & above).

If you get option for sim lost then select it, if not then select option of 3g/4g plans.
Within that they have a option to talk to representative.
Really unprofessional practice don't know how they have been getting away with it for so long.
 
i pinged them on twitter to contact me. surprisingly, they did not call me back. this is not how it usually happens lol.
 
I have some balance in Airtel number... how do I use that balance to apply for this plan?

I do not want to pay 93Rs extra when I already have balance.
 
Ok called them - you need to dial *222*2# and follow the menu
