how do i sms according aircel .anyone can help?

is aircel issuing porting codes? or they have just disappeared like rcom?

in a lot of areas tower vendors have shut aircel base stations because of non payment so its not easy to port

Network went down for a day and came back the very next day....working flawlessly....got my porting code though
