13 Digit mobile numbers coming to India from July onwards?

BSNL will bring the new 13 digit protocol to a machine to machine (M2M) communication and it is not meant for the general public. For the uninitiated, M2M communication is a form of communication where the network devices exchange information and take actions without any manual assistance of humans.
The letter says that 13-digit M2M numbering plan will be implemented from Jule 1, 2018 and from this date, all M2M mobile communication will be allocated to 13-digit numbers only. The letter further reveals that migration of existing 10-digit M2M numbers to 13 digits will start latest by October 1, 2018, and will end on December 31, 2018.
