Hello,
If any of you remember, I had problems when I bought a Linksys modem for using broadband and IPTV, but then it did not work out as the bridging option was not in that modem.

This time I took the modem from BSNL itself. The modem they provided was UTstarcom WA3002G4.

However, now I notice that both IPTV and broadband are not functioning together. When I switch on the IPTV, as soon as the picture starts on tv , the net gets disconnected. If not on, the net functions fine..

Can anyone help me with the settings at the earliest please.

trying to give you some details of the settings at present:

anyone here using the same modem?

Basically, I use wireless for internet and a ethernet cable for IPTV.

The modem has four ports and one wireless.

hi.. i have noticed similar problems.. i dont think you can do much with the settings to make that alright.. do you still have ur Linksys modem? what you could do is use your linksys modem for connecting and use the bsnl modem as a wireless hub or you can use the bsnl modem to connect to the internet and the linksys as a wireless hub..make sure both the modems have different ip's and subnets.. that should work..

Hey thanks for the reply superprash2003...I just got one person to do the settings for me just now ..and it worked with the modem provided by bsnl..About the Linksys modem, well, I was lucky enough that the shopkeeper readily exchanged it for some other computer related products i took from him. So my problem was solvedBy the way, which modem are u using?still having any problem?
