From last night I am getting above 8 mbps speed but suddenly upload speed drop down to 10 kpbs hardly received near 5 to 10 kpbs
Any one can tell me reason behind this
What is the actual problem line disturbance or technical problems

Those line stats are actually pretty good. You seem close to exchange, hence the low attenuation, the SNR as a result is very good even with a higher sync rate. There are no data errors being logged either. This leads me to believe there is an issue on the other end with BSNL.

When the connection becomes slow, check and see if the upstream SNR numbers in the modem change drastically as compared to the ones posted above.

possibly due to errors on upstream link

Err... those are correctable errors. Since the connection is interleaved, it is actually normal to have correctable errors, that is what interleaving is designed to do, fix data errors.

uncorrectable errors showing as N/A. tens of millions of correctable errors in a few million words. something isn't right here.

Doh! it goes to N/A for excessive numbers, that is just stupid. In that case yes, definitely an issue for the upstream.
