ACT connection failure - worst service

I paid for ACT fibernet on November 4 , it's almost one month . They could not establish a connection for me. I have called customer service several times.The worst thing is I paid for 6 months in advance and they have sent a bill this month for a connection that wasn't established at all. Total waste of money. I have already filed a complaint in consumer forum and waiting for further response from the company. I have never seen a irresponsible service provider like this in Chennai. If they can't establish a connection in the heart of the city wherelse would they provide. Worst service.
