According to sources, BSNL, MTNL are likely to slash broadband tariffs by 40-50%, and the One India Plan will be announced by the month end.

Local call rates will not increase after One India Plan.

A revenue sharing ADC is also likely in the near future. BSNL will set up an under sea cable system by January.

eh...i don't like the way moneycontrol.com presents the news...anyways....its very good news for mtnl,bsnl users.
 
well really hope they do that! and increase the data limits too..if not introduce an unlimited 24x7 plan..
 
it doesn't matter until u get truly unlimited connection

they are already offering 1.20 rupee for a meg
 
i'd be really happy if i just get "unlimited" for whole day in the existing plan 😀

in that case 60 paisa a meg? sounds nice.

redhat linux would cost me around 2400 bucks! 🙂
 
Hope the implementation takes palce immediately...guess they shall announce the new tarrifs on the independance day.....
