Wagon Cab, a free ambulance taxi service, on Wednesday rolled out a fleet of around 200 cars which can be availed through an app in Delhi-NCR. The initiative will have medically trained drivers, and the service will be free of cost for all.
Union transport and highways minister Nitin Gadkari flagged off the service in the capital on Wednesday.
The drivers of all 200 ambulance cabs have undergone medical training to deal with emergencies.
