Not getting 4g coverage

So i just got my sim upgraded to 4g 5 days ago, did a 4g recharge of 69 superweek.
Yet all i get is 2g or 3g sign and speed. Never even once i got to see 4g on my vodafone.
My phone is Redmi 3s prime.
Prefered network is lte, sim slot is also 4g.
Am i missing something

Update : Putting this sim in other phone is showing 4g sign, so its not showing only in redmis 3s prime. Wonder whats wrong coz same redmi is working fine with jio.

Can confirm that Vodafone 4G works on Redmi 3S Prime....

Try to check outdoor or manually selecting 4G network.
 
I have the same problem. But I have tried different phones, but couldn't access 4G network on any of them. Please help.
