Has anyone able to generate UPC for RCOM Maharashtra Prepaid?

Just got the solution.

I have selected network manually as "VODAFONE IN" on my Nokia 110 using RCOM SIM
and then From my MOTOG3 and another Vodafone SIM sent SMS "UPCN 959595**** MH" to 199 (as attached in this screenshot)

and now waiting for the UPC.

After struggling to get the UPC code and visiting the Jio and Idea stores they failed to port-in my connection without UPC.
As usual, RCOM failed to send me the UPC by trying all the methods available on the internet.

Finally, I have applied for Vodafone Postpaid without having the UPC, Yesterday night my RCOM number finally got ported to the Vodafone network.
All services are working fine.

Porting is possible without porting code? ?

Yes. Only possible for RCOM customers. It might be possible, in this case Vodafone approches RCOM on behalf of the customer to generate the UPC at the backend. Some users are able to port to idea too and mentioned that idea has access to the Rcom backend portal to generate the UPC code.
Although idea and Vodafone playing marketing gimmick by telling customer that u have to apply only for Postpaid to portout from RCOM.
